SENATE BILL NO. 110 "An Act relating to the authority of the                                                                    
victims' advocate to request a hearing for the release to a crime victim                                                        
under certain conditions of certain property in the custody of a law                                                            
enforcement agency" was read the second time.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 1748.                                                            
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 110(JUD) was                                                                          
adopted.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 110(JUD) will advance to third reading                                                                   
on the March 10 calendar.
